My land will be subdivided in the future, but now I am still not sure when I will do it. As I know that as long as we subdivide the land, I need to have new Sewer & Storm Water connection for the new lot, which will be the front part of the land, before I do the landscaping for our current property, we would like to pre-connect the sewer and storm water pipe for future subdivision, therefore when we subdivide the land in the future, the landscaping will not be destroyed. The length of pre-connect sewer and storm water pipes are approximate 28m long.
