Simple job for plumber/handyman.
Kitchen sink's mixer tap has come loose and needs to be fixed back in. The tap is working fine (hot and cold) but water is leaking to the cabinet below. There is full access to the cabinet below so it shouldn't be difficult to get in there and tighten whatever's come loose.
