Need licensed plumber (will have to see valid license) :
A) To do external /text/checks and connecting to mains as per below scope of work:
1. Identify Gas and water lines (Seeing what copper is undamaged and usable)
2. Confirming that both services (gas and water) doesn’t have any leaks.
3. Clipping service pipe work as of Australian standards
4. Removing old tiled concrete ORG and installing a concrete mound
5. Testing and connecting to the mains (Gas and Water)
6. Provide certificate for completion of work
B) Internal Fit Final Out:
- 1 Gas Cook top
- 1 Kitchen Sink with mixer
- 1 Laundry trough with mixer plus washing machine stops (supply stops)
- 3 Closed coupled toilet suites
- 4 Basins with mixer
- 4 Basins install (supply drain waste)
- 2 Showers with mixer and rail (Mixers are already installed)
- 1 Free standing bath with mixer
- 1 Dishwasher
- Provide plumbing certification.
All plugs, washers, drain waste and waste pipe must be provided.
Some of the above work may have been done (you need to check) by another plumber who we assigned the task. But due to emergency in his family, he couldn’t finish the task. Some of the boxes have opened and fittings left on the benchtop.
If you need clarification, we are happy to show you around. However our availability is as follows:
Monday-Friday after 6.00 p.m
Saturday – Before 9.30 a.m.
Sunday- Whole day.
Work can start immediately.
