Plumber to seal roof/wall leak

Need a plumber to come in and re-seal a leak in the roof/wall joint (see the attached picture, it's the area with the black patch just above the windows). Had a plumber seal it for us a couple of years ago but it started leaking water into the window again in the heavy rain last week. It's a double storey townhouse so bring your long ladder. Job is in Maribyrnong (near Highpoint) and we are available this Friday or next Monday.
