She habitually does not use heating, so connection of the ducted heating at this point can be excluded. The priority is to allow her to go home.
Description of job.
Run new gas line from meter in copper. Connect to exisiting ducted heating unit (can be excluded), gas cooker (new) and leave ppoint for external hot water unit as below. Will not connect to existing internal HWS due to leaking/unrepairable.
Disconnect water and decommission existing unit on wall. Will not remove unit due to asbestos flue. Will ensure unit is disconnected and left safe on the wall.
Install new Vulcan 135 External Hot Water service outside of kitchen near ducted heater unit. Run hot and cold as required. Install tempering valve as required.
Need to remove timber panels on side of house to access underneath, will reinstate to best of ability.
Compliance certificate issued at end of works.
