1. Blocked drain in laundry - possible root blockage as we get leaf backwash coming up sometimes. Trough taps are loose and turn freely and sometimes don't flow. 2. Slow leaking toilet. Possibly from bottom of sisten as when tap turned off it still drains. 3.Kitchen taps need fixing. Can not get the spindles off with tap spanner to change washer and now leak. Spindle may need replacing???? 4. General check of other fittings.
