Three areas of plumbing required in a two new units (4 & 5) at the above location:
1. Install small hand sink and associated hot, cold and waste relared plumbing in a WC in Unit 4
2. Install a toilet and suite hot, cold and waste relared plumbing in a laundry area Unit 4. Connection to outside wasteline (1m length by 0.6m deep) to waste tapping point from toilet suite location. Connect via doble brick work.
3. Install a toilet hot, cold and waste relared plumbing suite in a laundry area Unit 5. Connect to waste via internal stack (~2m distance) from toliet suite. No brickwork or digging involved.
Quote needs to be not only itemised for each of the 3 above requirements. Furthermore for each itemised for costs (where applicable) to the following works should also be stated: a.) Hot Plumbing, b) Cold Plumbing, c) Waste Plumbing, d) Jackhammering (if required) e) Digging f) Stop valves (if required) f) Tapping g) etc
Require quote urgently (preferabley by COB Mon 14th April if not earlier) for decision by 16th April and for works to be done with in the 1 to 3 weeks. Timing of works can be negotiated.
