1x bathroom w/ in slab shower waste, hot cold lines for sink and shower. All slab demo works already prepped, may need minor adjustments to suit waste pipe.
New sewerage line to replace upstairs toilet 80mm line, and a new toilet to suit.
Second cold line and waste line required for temporary laundry during renovations.
