Plumbing of a new 8 sq single storey house with kitchen, 1 toilet and laundry in garage, 1 bathroom the access will be available before the plasterer starts working which should give easy access. the water is tank water and will need to be connected to the house ( 2m setback) we require the pipes and labour only as we have already quotes for toilets, basins, the bath and showers. however, we are open to you supplying these items as well if it makes financial sense.
this is a very easy job with easy access
