Existing house being renovated requires:
- Roof new veranda at rear, new fascia and gutter also. Colour bond Woodland Grey.
- Rough in and fit off 3 x toilets
- Rough in and fit off 4 x basins
- Dishwasher and sink in kitchen (flick mixer)
- Laundry trough and washing machine taps
- Ensuite shower with flick mixer
- Upstairs shower / bath with flick mixer
- Garden tap on side of house.
- Connect Gas Hotplate
- Rough in for continuous flow HWS but leave existing until it fails.
New Garage / Studio requires:
- Roofing all in woodland grey colour bond. New fascia, gutters, downpipes.
- Positively charged downpipes running to 1500 L tank at side of house with overflow from tank connected to stormwater in street. This is so that the stormwater from the new building goes to the council’s legal point of discharge.
- Rough in and fit off toilet in new slab.
- Rough in and fit off trough in new garage.
- Rough in and fit off small HWS for garage trough.
