1. INSTALL new external instantaneous hot water system [HWS]. Rinnai Infinity 26 Touch Wireless temperature controlled continuous hot water unit. Hot-water temperature: Fifty (50) degree unit maximum temperature. Natural Gas. Property owner has already purchased the Rinnai Infinity 26 HWS Unit. Electrician has installed external power point for HWS on brick wall. Old hot water storage unit has been discarded. QUOTE SHOULD INCLUDE: The supply and installation of new copper pipe to run from gas meter to new Rinnai HWS. Gas meter is 10m to HWS. Other existing gas appliances are: Ducted Gas Heating.
2. INSTALL new copper water pipe and waste pipe in kitchen for new dishwasher. Connect ‘OMEGA’ 450MM dishwasher to water. New dishwasher has been purchased.
3. REMOVE existing toilet pan / cistern and, install new replacement toilet pan / cistern. Toilet Pan & Cistern have been purchased. ‘IKONIC back to wall toilet suite’. Ceramic Pan & Cistern.
4. ALTER & MOVE existing vertical vent pipe outside toilet window, to enable new roller window shutter pelmet box to be installed, on brickwork at top of the window. [150mm pelmet box]. Current distance between brickwork and vertical vent pipe is 120mm. Move vent pipe towards fascia. Alter roof flashing.
5. REMOVE rusted discontinued ‘heater flue’, from cement tile roof, and replace flue with spare tiles from under property. Ducted gas heating has now replaced old breamar wall heater. Solar panels to be installed later.
6. SUPPLY & INSTALL ‘Sioux Chief’ water hammer arrester. To alleviate external water hammer.
7. REPLACE existing rear veranda ‘bullion’ roof flashing, and install new wider flashing (only) between rear metal roof, where it connects with under unit spouting and fascia board. Rear veranda is 3.4m long x 1.25m wide landing & steps from laundry. Bullion shaped galvanised corrugated iron sheeting is fine. Insufficient flashing coverage causing leaks and needs new wider flashing (only).
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Brick Veneer construction. Timber floor. Easy access under property, through external trap door 700mm high. Provide certificate of completion etc.
WHEN IS WORK REQUIRED: Next Few Days.
Starting with changing Toilet Suite, and alter vertical vent pipe outside toilet, to enable roller window shutter to be installed.
