After the rain last night, my tenant said there was a sewage smell in hallway. Also the shower or toilet was gurgling in the front bathroom, and also the back bathroom needs a review as well. When the water goes down the drain or empties in the bathtub or the washing machine, the water in the toilet there goes up. Also when the toilet in the back flushes - the water takes a while to empty, so it is not a very strong flush. We think the piping may need to be reviewed.
