My tenant has advised that there were some plumbing issues.
Can you please take a look at the plumbing issues raised and provide me with quotes of the works required to fix the problems?
Plumbing issues raised are:
• Hot water pressure hard to adjust in the shower, pressure poor in the rest of the taps in the unit;
• Brown rusty water coming out of the taps;
• Troubles flushing down the toilet paper and waste in one go.
