I have been saving a number of small maintenance jobs to make it worth a plumber coming out (or a local plumber stopping in at the beginning or end of the day) The jobs are:
• Fix two taps that drip if not turned off super tight
• replace kitchen sink mixer , not sure if it is 35 or 40mm. in your quote please show cost of tap separately or let me know it I have to provide the tap
• clear partial blockage in bathroom – toilet gurgles when bath is let out. Toilet sometimes takes a couple of flushes to clear a lot of toilet paper
• fix or replace gas bayonet in lounge (it’s really hard to get the heater hose on and off)
I am home out of school hours Monday and Tuesday (i.e. before 9 and after 3pm) and can be home all day Fridays except between 10 and 11.30am.
