Absolutely hopeless. Did not bother calling, thought I would call to see if he could make a time with me. Informed me he would call me after he completed a job he was with in a few days and this never eventuate. I then get asked by this company to provide feedback on a service which was not provided and a company which is listed with Service Central, picks up the job, then fails to make an effort to make a phone call.
