This is a 2 bed unit so a relatively small job. I believe the place needs re-plumbing as the pressure is very low. We also want to look at installing a tank or grey water system at the same time. We want to install a new shower - wondering if that's a plumber? Guessing on the budget - hoping it's more like 2.5K than 10K
