Plumbing work associated with refit/refurbishment of bathroom and toilet. Work includes: (1) disconnect plumbing to allow for demolition/gutting of bathroom (vanity, bathtub and toilet) (including removal of toilet). (2) rough in - relocation of show head and mixer (requires chasing work into brickwork) (3) fit off - connect drainpipe to new shower base install new toilet/cistern, vanity unit and tap ware.
Note as a separate exercise/quote also doing refit/refurb of kitchen and require separate or itemised quote to disconnect all plumbing to enable removal of existing kitchen and all plumbing to connect new sink, tap ware and dishwasher.
