Rough in gas line and under bench water taps for kitchen sink in renovated kitchen.
Gas line needs to be moved about 50cm from current position and threaded water tap connectors need to be fitted in wall under sink (copper pipes just need to be cut back).
Easy access as kitchen is currently gutted and will be a simple quick job.
