Scope of Works: HYDRAULICS SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to the following;

• Include all works as detailed in the architectural plans relating to your trade.
• Include all works in accordance with the energy efficiency report
• Allow for plumbing and connections relating to electrical and mechanical works as required.
• Break up your price into individual Units and items where possible.
• Allow a price separately for water meter set ups and lead ins, including connection to the street main
o Note: locations as per plan
• Allow to cap existing water meter, and allow new tap it
• Allow a price separately for gas meter set ups and lead ins, including connection to the street main
o Note: locations as per plan
• Allow for all relevant authority applications applicable to your trade.
• Allow for external taps as per the hydraulic plans to balconies
• Allow for external gas points to each balcony and to ground floor bin room
• Allow to gas points internally to each cooktop, and gas hot water unit
• Air conditioning to be electric bulkhead system (no gas/water point required)
• Allow water point to fridge
• Allow to install in-wall cisterns
• Allow to connect to floor wastes to all wet area showers
• Allow second floor waste to all wet areas
• Allow floor waste to laundries
• Allow floor wastes to balconies, rooftop deck, and planter box
• Allow to supply and install agg lines to car stacker perimeter and connect to pump pit
• Allow to supply and install Rinnai 26L Gas Hot Water system to each unit
• Allow to supply and install Rheem 25L Electric Hot Water system ground floor shop
• Allow for all stormwater works in accordance with the stormwater plans including the supply of pits & agg line connection as detailed
• Allow stormwater point to planterbox as detailed
• Allow car stacker pump and pit
• Sewer branch connection as per hydraulics services plan
• Allow to connect stormwater as per civil plan
• Allow fire collars to each level as required
• Allow isolating valves, gas meters and mag flow meters as detailed including cupboards
• Allow internal downpipe connected to balcony floor wastes
• Hot Water Heater Readers per unit
• Allow silt trap
• Allow tundishes to pick up all H&C points internally as detailed
• Allow ID tags to meters as detailed

Price the Below Works Separately

• Allow water point to sprinklers and control valve
• Allow dual fire hydrant and cupboard
• Allow fire hose real and cabinet
• Allow fire extinguishers
• Refer to scope of works on F01

• Allow sprinklers to car stacker
• Allow to paint all works ‘Signal Red’
• Refer to scope of works on F01

PLEASE NOTE -

• You must allow for any other work to complete the above.
• Allowance must be tendered for as per the specification and drawings, if there is a variance or mistake with the plans or specification the contractor/supplier shall immediately notify this office or it is deemed the contractor/supplier has made allowance for the more expensive option.
• Unless noted otherwise in your exclusions within your quotation, it is noted by this office the above scope of works is included in your quotation.
• Site MUST be cleaned at the end of each day.
