Upstairs and toilet flushes correctly however waste re-appears in downstairs toilet.
downstairs toilet flushes however has extremely slow drainage (ie 1 hour). Makes no difference if flushed from cistern or bucket.
the 2 toilets share a common sewage pipe. I beleive I have isolated the location of the blockage (section of horizontal pipe on the property). however am unable to reach without a proper cable snake.
Approx 4pm today (tuesday) would be the best time
