A series of jobs are required. These mainly include fixing untidy plumbing work and installation of a toilet cistern. Note all plumbing work is exposed (its an old home)
The job list include:
1) shift taps (about 15cm) so they are centered over sink
2) fix leaking waste for kitchen sink
3) fix laundry taps (washing machine), i.e. cold water is turned sideways, and hotwater is not there (I don't think)
4) move (hot and cold) taps so they are over trough.
5) clean up plumbing connected to exposed shower set
6) convert wall hung toilet cistern, to a low level cistern (and fix associated plumbing).
This is NOT a job that can be quoted on without inspection. The approximate budget selected is UNREALISTIC and added purely as something had to be selected.
