Need to remove existing gas storage heater and locate new instant hot water unit which will be closer to gas meter. Also install new plumbing for a new bathroom will be on the other side of the house. Room has already been stripped back to frame. House is elevated on stumps and would be reasonably easy to connect all plumbing and waste.
