Rainwater tank requires correct set up

I have recently moved into a new house with a new rainwater tank installed. The PVC piping appears to be set up incorrectly - as the side passage floods (basically the rainwater installers have installed the tank and havent been bothered to set up the pipes correctly around it!). One PVC pipe has a T bone junction - and faces down straight to the ground, causing all the water (when it rains) to flood the entire side passage - and not enter the actual rainwater tank. The water enters a small tank at the base of the rainwater tank and then climbs up the pipes and into the tanks roof opening - but instead - it floods out a side pipe and straight into the ground (there is hardly any water in the tank despite big storms). Due to this set up - all downpipes flood at the base around the entire house - which also need inspection. I need a plumber to correctly set up the PVC pipe to the rainwater tank (it requires a removal of a a T bone piece and replaced with a standard piece no bigger than 2m). I also need a plumber (preferably the same one) to look at a corner gutter which is leaking - even during light rain (just requires tightning). I am a shift worker in air traffic environment, so i cant take calls instantly (it is highly likely that when you first ring - youll get an answering machine - i will get back to you ASAP)
