Re level guttering as water is not flowing properly on dble story house

The guttering on the front of this house is dropping - to the left of the house if looking at it from cowper place - is not fixed correctly and therefore not flowing. needs to be refitted/lifted so that the water flows right and there is no overflow which currently hits near the front door and enters under the front door making it a dangerous and slippery entry foyer.
the property is on a corner block but the gutter needing repair is above the front door and access can be made from the entry area of the property - on the side access it is much higher due to the sloping block.
not sure what this would cost but have selected $150 - $499 as a guess.
