We had a water leak into the roof probably due to an inefficient overflow guttering system on our two-storey house. When it rains very heavily, the upper floor water flows from the gutter on to a lower floor roof. The spreader on this lower level cannot cope the volume of water in one place and has caused water damage to the ceiling inside. We need someone to change the downpipes (location and size) to avoid further water damage.
