A recent building inspection report has advised that:
"Water is supplied in galvanised pipes, and the water flow is inadequate, with very poor water pressure. There are no signs of water hammer, but there are signs of serious faults with the plumbing".
The property is a 3 bedroom house and due to financial considerations, I would ideally (if possible) like for the works be carried out in stages (eg. bathroom, followed by kitchen, etc.).
Can you please advise an estimate to undertake such plumbing work?
