1. need to disconnect a gas cook top and then reconnect duel fuel stove in same spot. this will be on different days.
2.need to relocate sink (keeping current one but need new tap) plumbing from one side of the room to the other but in line with the same drainage system under the floor (ie: in the same line, just closer to the septic).
3. need to install plumbing for new dishwasher which isn't quite next to the sink so will need to run a drain under kick board (i think that is what the kitchen people said). the current under floor drain will be made shorter by about 3 metres.
4.need to run gas pipe out to new alfresco area for bbq in the future before slab for same goes down.
5. may need to relocate solar pipes which come out of the barge board and down the wall. these are inside the roof and could be easily relocated to a more discrete place some 6m further down this wall.
