Water meter and tap in corner of garden which is prohibiting the planting of trees along fence line to create hedge. Meter and tap need to be moved marginally so they are on an angle that will allow for trees to be planted. 1 x PVC down pipe on 2nd story has hole in it and section of pipe require replacing.
