Removal of sludge from enviro tank which is 70% full & replace with recycled water

Our enviro tank is 70% full of sludge. we need to work with our service provider to remove sludge & have water added back into the enviro tank once sludge is pumped out.
our service provider will be there to make sure the tanks do not move during this process.
timing of the cleaning will be fairly soon but we will need to work in with our current provider to get exact date & time.
we have been told it will take a few hours as the water needs to be placed in the tank with in 2 hours of sludge being removed.
