current old bath sits on a raised platform (height of half a tile) where the plumbing is located underneath (waste pipe leads away from bath to an outlet a meter or so away). Would like to remove/replace old bathtub and platform frame, and install a new bathtub or walk in shower (depending on which one is easier to do) that is even with the floor.
