Hi,
We have a small apartment located in the 1st floor of a 20+ yr old block in West Ryde, currently undergoing renovation.
We are completely refitting the bathroom and kitchen joinery so new taps and drainage would need to be connected up.
The shower and bath fittings are wall-mounted and have a diverter built in, that will need some rearrangement.
At this point we are also considering moving/replacing the hot water system, and also considering replacing the toilet suite.
Currently we are removing all the fittings we do not wish to keep. So most of the work will involve preparation/installation only.
