I have a 50L Rheemglas electric hot water system (that is indoor), I came home and it was hissing and had leaked water through part of my unit. I am not sure whether it can be repaired or whether it needs replacing. I have turned off the hot water unit until a plumber can come along and advise as to the best way forward.
