Roof plumber required to repair and reinforce a damaged timber sill on a bay view window. The bayview window is located on the first floor. The timber sill surrounding the window is approximately 4730mm in length and 170mm in depth. The corners of the sill have come apart and water is entering the cavity below the window. There is also swelling of water in the areas where the nails have been placed.
