- an underground stormwater drain has been damaged while digging in the side yard. we would like it repaired/replaced and redirected so that it does not run under where we wish to plant a tree.
- most of the area around the pipe (and where we would like it redirected to has already been dug out.
- biggest problem is that when we uncovered the pipe, we found that it has a crack running along the length of the pipe, which continues along the pipe under a concrete path.
