I have a Montrose II cistern (400mm width) which is mounted behind a s/s panel. It is a full flush system and the button gets stuck every time it's flushed and then the floating mechanism also gets stuck.
can this be repaired? Apparently it's difficult to find a 400mm cistern to fit the cavity in the wall otherwise I would replace the whole cistern. But then the s/s plate would also need to be changed b/c the buttons wouldn't fit in the existing hole in the plate. Any suggestions?
