I have an existing earthenware sewer that is broken at the boundary trap. There are two lines feeding into it an they both have breaks at their collars. The top section of the boundary trap is also misaligned. This section needs to be removed and replaced. I have excavated down to the level of the broken pipes and they are both exposed, please see the attached photos. The other section is an existing earthenware S bend that is broken. A new bathroom and toilet has been previously installed and needs to be plumbed in. The existing S trap needs replacing and the 4 x 40mm outlets need to be connected to the existing sewer. The distance from the bath outlet to the S trap is approximately 4m. This has also been dug up and the pipe exposed, please see the attached photo. The job needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
