I accepted the Quote and spoke to the repairer over the phone. At the time of the phone call I was told the price was $595. I accepted this job and a repairer attended and completed the work. He was paid $595 cash at the completion of the work. Whilst carrying out the repair the plumber told me that it was his last day with the company (I can't recall his name). Upon payment I was not given an invoice or receipt. I call him back shortly after he had left and left a message on his phone requesting a receipt as proof of both payment and for any warranty issues. To this point I have not had a reply from either the plumber or elite plumbing. It is only after opening this email that I have realised that the actual quoted amount was in fact $150 less that the paid amount. At this time I believe I have been ripped off and would certainly not use or recommend elite plumbing or Service Central again.
