I've got a rinnai reu-2424w natural gas hot water system. it is not heating water. when hot water tap is turned on, it starts but then switches off. sometimes it seems to warm little bit of water and then cold water comes again. need to get it repaired. also need to get a dishwasher installed but that's another job.
