When we run a shower in the upstairs bathroom (2 storey townhouse) a dripping can be heard downstairs. also happens when we let water out of the bath. has been happening for about 3 months, but recently we noticed water leaking between cupboards in the kitchen (under the bathroom) after using the shower. have since stopped using upstairs shower and had no drips or leaks. no apparant way to access pipes.
