I am having my small backyard concreted but after digging commenced the concreter found that the old terracotta stormwater pipes are either blocked or broken. A drainer is required to possibly refit the old pipes with new plastic ones or simply clear the blockage. However it will be a quick job as the digging has been done already and you have easy access.
