A shower/bath diverter suspect of water leaking into the wall. It's a "Milano Shower/Bath Diverter" from "Alder Tapware" (http://www.aldertapware.com.au/headerpages/Brochures/single_lvr_mixers/pdfs/MilanoMixerBrochure.pdf)
The 'button' above the 'mixer' drips water and is believe to flow into the tiles behind the tiles causing damages in other room.
I am seeking for someone who able to uninstall and repair the diverter without further damange the wall.
