I am the property manager for this property- all appointments must be done thru me.

both taps in the bath and laundry are extremely hard to turn off/on: they may just need washes.
the mixer tap in the kitchen needs to be replaced.
the sealing between the kitchen sink and bench will need grouting
the toilet water is very slow to release: this could be a blockage?
