Repair to concrete water tank

My concrete water tank holds approximately 5,000 litres of water. It is very old but until recently has been most effective. It now has a bad split in it from the top to the bottom. The split was initially caused by the roots of a Ficus growing into it. This was repaired 12 months ago. These repairs opened up again with the current dry spell. The tank also has a couple of small weeping areas that do not cause a significant water loss. The tank was recently repaired but the repairs opened up once water was in the tank. I need something permanent. I am happy to consider a bladder if the concrete cannot be repaired. My budget is very much dependent on the repair required.
