A "Vulcan Hotshot" unit, has a problem with water coming into the property. The problem was noticed 2 days ago by tenants, and when it was mentioned to me, I suspected because the tenants that reside in the property have a small child, that the tap on the unit had been touched. This did appear to be the case and the problem was rectified for over 24 hours. However, the tenants have contacted me again today to inform me that problems have arisen again which occurs at periods of time where no water, or just a trickle of water, is coming through the tap, as well as noise being heard through the pipes, and am unsure as to whether the unit has been further tampered with by the tenants.

Absolutely pathetic. Renardo was quick to respond to the ad and came across as very personable. He even offered to waive the service call fee in order to get the job. When he did secure the job, and we booked in a time he failed to show up, having me waiting for over an hour (at a rental property) without the courtesy of a phone call. When I called him to find out why this was he was extremely rude and totally unapologetic, informing me that his car had broken down and was unable to make it, he made no effort to re-schedule this time and hung up abruptly. My worse ever experience with a tradie on Service Central.
