Have shower taps that leak. have removed the taps and found that the leak is from behind the tiles and assum the leak is in the pipes.
will require removal of the tiles to assess and fix. walls are brick and i am not sure what is behind the tiles. i.e not sure if the bricks have been removed where the pipes are and then rendered before tiling or whether some bricks would need to be removed.
leak is coming up as damp spots on other side of wall in kitchen.
unit on 1st floor and not sure if water is causing damage below.
have no idea what this will cost and want quotes. have put in budget only because it is required.
