Stove in unit is a westinghouse gas-old. i tried to locate a new version that looks the same on web so that there could be a direct replacement but when i get the dimension of the old, there is a difference

old dimensions as given to me:measurements: (i only had a tape in inches but i converted it for you)
height: 18.7in = 474.98mm
width: 41.4in = 1051.56mm
depth: 23.2in = 589.28mm
so now i wonder if the elevated stove
can't be repaired rather than replaced. i understand that only two of the hotplates work and i think the oven does not work well, so we need someone who could asses the situation.

After an initial quick and supportive response , there has been a lot of chasing. I am trying to get a stove repaired or replaced, in a Sydney unit, from Adelaide. My agent here tells me someone has been to the unit but I have heard nothing. I sent an email again last week and today tried to phone the 02 number.
