Clay Stormwater pipe is approx 1mtr below ground with a water pipe about 200mm above it. 2 two meter section of the pipe is fully blocked and needs to be removed. Tried Jetblaster and electric eel with little or no results. With these tools, the good estimate of the area with the problem has been identified and marked. The area is very accessible off the driveway and area to dig is mainly on soil. About 200mm maybe beneath pavers set on sand.
