Require one box gutter length approx 40m to replace existing rusted box gutters. Also require 3 downpipes. Skillion roof so guttering only runs along one side of the building. Property is a 6 pack of units which is 3 stories high approx 30 years old. Site Access: Building is approx 15 meters from neighbouring fence line with one large tree along fence line. Materials need to be included in the quote - I can provide labourer. There is no urgency for this job and I would prefer to delay the job for a better price - I'm happy for short notice to do the job and materials can be stored onsite if required.
