I've had two internal water leakages since he replaced the box guttering on my roof, causing damage to the inside ceiling. James advised, after the first leakage, that he would arrange for someone to attend my property to repair the water damage, however, six months later, I'm still waiting for James to send someone to repair the ceiling caused by water damage as a result of his faulty workmanship. I had another leak in April 2016 in the area where he completed his work, and whilst he attended to examine the cause, he would not tell me what the problem was unless I paid him a fee.
