Replace an old electric Westinghouse Oven that has a separate grill with a new 60 cm electric oven. This will require some small cabinetry work to be completed because of the size difference from the old unit to the new smaller unit.
This work will be required in St Kilda East and is at a tenanted investment property
The work can proceed immediately as the appliances have all been procured.
